Delivery & Returns


Below you can find all the information you need regarding our delivery and returns policy.   If you need any help or want to know anything more just send us an email quoting your order number and we will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

When you place an order you will receive an automated email confirming your purchase. If you have any problems or you think your package has gone missing get in touch as soon as possible.

By placing an order you automatically accept our terms and conditions on returns and exchanges.

Delivery Information

When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days from the order being placed. If for some reason the order is delayed or taking longer than expected we will be in touch and keep you up to date. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and tracking numbers are only provided for fast track orders.

International orders can take 4-15 working days to arrive and we do not track packages fully unless you have selected ‘International Tracked’ at checkout, we would recommend this option, as unrecorded items cannot be accounted for if they are lost in the post and we would be unable to compensate you.

We pride ourselves on being 100% original – we make all of our designs in house using classical paper pattern manipulation. As we manufacture solely in the UK in small numbers, periodically items sell out and it may take a bit longer to get your order to you. If this should occur we will contact you immediately.

European Delivery

International Delivery

Do you offer Next Day Delivery?

Currently we do not offer next day delivery on any items however there is a fast track option to allow for delivery within the UK within three working days. There is not currently a fast track option for international orders.

What happens if my item is faulty?

If you receive your item and it is faulty please let us know and return it to us as soon as possible – we will try our best to repair or replace it but if this is not possible you will be issued with a full refund.

You have the same consumer rights as you would if you were buying from a bricks and mortar store.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you do wish to return or exchange an item(s) all you have to do is fill in the returns slip sent with your original order, please remember to mark clearly whether you want an exchange or a refund. All items must be unworn, in a saleable condition with all tags still attached.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You have 14 days (21 days for international orders) from the first delivery attempt to return your item(s) to us – item(s) must be delivered within the time limit.

What happens if I have missed the returns cut off?

If you return something outside of the returns period we reserve the right to issue a credit note or resend the goods ordered back to the original delivery address.

Who pays for shipping of my return?

You are responsible for all/any cost of shipping your item(s) back to Obscure Couture Ltd. Please note we are unable to refund any lost, missing or damaged parcels so it is advisable to record or track your package.

Can I return or exchange my customized piece?

We cannot issue refunds or exchanges on any tailor-made or customized items. Once they have been changed for you personally we cannot resale the items.


Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your package by Obscure Couture Ltd. Please remember that all refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. We will notify you once we have issued your refund, some can take up to 21 days to clear back into your bank.
